1、负责抖音旗下「抖音商城」APP激励产品的相关工作，通过激励方向C端流量提效，产品创新，带动独立端用户留存、交易用户的规模增长； 2、负责激励在独立端全链路的C端感知和形态，从用户激励需求、交易需求和平台经营视角出发，提升用户对激励的认知，从而带动激励渗透等相关指标提升； 3、负责激励主页的框架结构和C端效率，平衡用户体验、交易等相关指标，优化C端界面设计，探索更多匹配激励用户的玩法，提升流量效率； 4、结合用户生命周期，深入分析用户动机/补贴敏感度等差异化特点，发掘并解决体验和效率问题； 5、关注行业和市场动向，理解不同用户群体的购物诉求，并基于对独立端用户的深刻理解，沉淀出满足不同用户群体需求的产品方案。

1、具备3年及以上产品经验，有激励（如金币）、增长、用户产品等相关工作经验优先； 2、有用户视角的同理心，重视用户体验；具备优秀的数据分析能力，对数据敏感且结果导向，善于从数据中发现问题解决问题，并制定有效的增长策略； 3、沟通清晰，逻辑性强，有开创思维； 4、跨团队协同能力强，有良好的沟通能力和资源整合能力。
