日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责实时生成式世界模型构建，包括数据建设、模型架构优化、模型预训练及后训练、模型Scale Up、模型评估等工作； 2、探索实时生成式世界模型记忆机制，解决世界模型长时序稳定性、时空一致性、可实时交互生成等痛点问题； 3、推动实时生成式世界模型在抖音场景落地，为抖音用户提供全新交互体验； 4、跟踪AI前沿技术进展，持续拓展世界模型能力边界。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具有优秀的编程基础，熟练使用Python编程语言和PyTorch深度学习框架； 3、具有扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，熟悉常用算法和神经网络模型结构； 4、有世界模型、大语言模型、多模态大模型或3D大模型等相关训练经验和高质量论文者优先考虑； 5、具有优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情，良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
