Bytelntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：我们团队为字节跳动的大型语言模型（LLM）业务线提供端到端安全解决方案。我们针对模型训练、推理及部署全流程识别并防控新型风险，同时研发工具与系统，保障LLM资产及相关应用的安全。通过在实际业务场景中推进人工智能安全技术落地，构建了行业领先的防御体系，为人工智能技术的安全演进提供保障。

1、参与Flow业务的隐私安全项目实施，包括差分隐私、联邦学习、数据匿名化、机密计算等，确保个人隐私保护基准水平； 2、参与敏感数据加密、最小化授权、对内数据安全审计等安全能力研发，为业务线提供坚实的数据安全底座； 3、系统性发现和量化产品中隐私和数据安全风险，对数据安全/隐私保护安全方案进行有效性验证。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，密码学、信息安全、计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉密码学原理、及常见对称/非对称加密算法；了解机密计算、多方计算、同态加密等相关技术及其应用； 3、熟悉数据安全风险及其原理，如越权获取、批量泄露、过度收集、无序分发等；了解XSS、SSRF、SQL注入、堆栈溢出等信息安全风险及其解决方案； 4、计算机基础扎实，掌握数据结构、算法、网络和操作系统等知识；熟悉常见的数据结构与算法；熟练掌握以下至少一门编程语言：C、C++、Python、Go、Java；了解虚拟化、微服务、分布式技术，有较强的工程能力； 5、对信息安全、数据安全领域充满热情，乐于钻研底层技术，具备良好的沟通能力、成长意愿和求知欲，具备出色的学习能力和自驱力。
