1、围绕抖音生活服务商家，负责商家营销场景激励体系构建和策略优化，基于数据洞察制定可落地的度量机制、策略方案、建模优化方案，实现广告商家规模、营收的快速增长； 2、理解商家诉求和平台作业渠道，结合AI应用，优化触达商家-手段影响-产品承接的漏斗链路，提升客户增长转化效率； 3、协同运营、算法等团队，充分利用多种形态的激励资源，在激励机制与客销关系、激励机制与作业方式、激励机制与主投产品等维度的结合下，挖掘精细化策略优化空间与收益放大机会。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，理工科优先； 2、具备B端或C端激励、营销，以及广告策略产品相关实习经验； 3、具备良好的商业思维，对广告机制、交易业务有了解，机制设计、商家策略方面有实践经验加分； 4、乐于思考，逻辑清晰，主动性和自驱力强。
