日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持业务线人才简历甄选、评估以及面试跟进，对招聘面试量负责； 2、深入了解业务和战略，协助人才吸引和落地工作，完成人才搜寻、评估、面试并跟进等全流程工作； 3、协助进行业务对接、员工入职、渠道维护等管理工作； 4、协助进行相关的数据统计并报告。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练运用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件； 3、商务英语能力优秀者优先； 4、为人正直、亲和力好、耐心、细致、认真、负责； 5、善与人沟通、逻辑思维能力及应变能力较好，富于团队协作精神； 6、能够连续实习3个月及以上，每周出勤4天及以上优先。
