1、项目全周期统筹：负责机电工程全流程管理（投标至交付），编制施工及细化进度计划，把控核心目标；管理变更签证，识别机电相关风险并制定预案，协调各方参与方，保障工程顺畅推进、按期保质交付； 2、方案与技术管理：组织编制、优化机电施工组织设计及专项方案，结合商办项目特点保障方案可行、安全、经济且兼容；监督分包规范施工，开展技术交底与现场巡查，纠正不规范施工行为； 3、进度与资源协同：制定机电工程进度计划，明确各分项节点并跟踪复盘、调整资源；协同设计解决图纸问题，协同采购落实设备、材料采购及验收，确保按时进场，保障施工与调试连续性； 4、内外部管理与沟通：负责机电项目团队管理与建设，提升效率；对接相关部门办理机电相关审批，对接客户反馈进展、响应需求，维护各方合作关系； 5、竣工验收与结算：牵头机电工程完工自查与整改，组织各类验收并跟进流程；整理归档竣工及设备相关资料；配合完成工程结算，提供资料、核对数据，协调解决结算分歧。

1、建筑环境与能源应用工程、电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业本科及以上学历，系统掌握机电工程专业知识，熟悉商办项目机电相关规范、国家标准及设备调试技术； 2、5年以上机电项目管理经验，其中至少3年以上商办项目或数据中心机电管理经验，曾担任机电项目经理、项目总等核心岗位，有2个及以上10万平米及以上商业办公/商业综合体项目或数据中心全周期管理经验； 3、具备较强的合同管理、设备调试、资源统筹及沟通协调能力，能独立处理机电项目综合性难题，持有一级建造师（机电工程）、PMP等证书者优先； 4、熟练使用办公及项目管理软件，具备较强的公文写作能力，能规范撰写机电技术方案、调试报告等文件； 5、责任心强，能长期驻场办公，具备良好的职业操守及团队管理能力。
