1、负责达人运营，具备较高内容调优能力，具备优质内容的判断能力，能结合达人能力模型和成长路径，规模化推动达人视频及直播内容的优质产出； 2、对达人和达人供需生态有深度认知和判断，能精准捕捉潜力达人，打通多方生态资源，对达人做深度经营，成长为行业标杆，收敛成功标杆案例，沉淀具备高内容力与营销能力的达人成长方法论； 3、持续优化人货匹配、选品机制，协助达人解决商家与达人交易撮合过程中的问题，通过拓展生态合作模式提升达人收入； 4、高效跨团队协作以达成业务目标，和达人保持深度的合作关系，具备沉淀模式与规模增长方法论的能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、较强的自驱力，有良好的工作文档习惯，有强烈的工作责任心，较好的学习能力，较强的拿结果能力；有本地生活或电商相关运营实习经验优先； 3、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分，有良好的团队合作精神； 4、具有良好的沟通技巧，有优秀的谈判沟通技巧和跨部门共建能力。
