日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、制定抖音智能服务策略，通过智能化手段，提升用户满意度、问题解决率等核心服务指标； 2、优化抖音AI客服产品，打磨多轮对话稳定性与准确性，解决大模型客服场景的幻觉问题； 3、推进大模型落地探索，深挖AI大模型在智能服务领域的应用，助力平台服务能力保持行业领先； 4、搭建全链路数据指标体系，实时监控数据异常，快速响应并推动问题闭环解决。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、对大模型技术有热情，熟悉至少一款Agent开发平台（扣子、Dify、n8n均可）； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能从数据中挖掘问题、驱动业务优化； 4、逻辑思维清晰，擅长拆解复杂业务场景，执行力与责任心强。
