1、负责代理商的日常管理，包括但不限于准入、考核、清退、风控等，保障代理商日常运营，推动代理商达成业绩目标； 2、了解内外部业务及产品动态，分析代理商经营现状，帮助代理商识别判断业务增长机会，从目标达成、客户构成、资金状况、收入占比、战略规划等综合角度出发，帮助代理商建设数据分析能力、内容运营能力、风险控制能力、技术提效能力等多维能力，从而推动代理商适配市场需求，实现健康经营； 3、快速捕捉客户项目机会，从产品推进、招商项目适配等多角度推动代理商争取最大份额预算，落实广告消耗增长目标； 4、分析现有团队架构、人效等，根据业务发展规划，给予合理意见，组织并实施代理商团队技能培训、能力认证，提升代理团队作战力。

1、英语或者其他语种语言能力达标，且能用于工作语言； 2、关注媒体广告营销趋势，熟悉代理公司的经营模式，有渠道管理/公司管理/大客户销售经验优先； 3、熟悉国际化电商、游戏、应用等行业特性与生意模式，理解广告产品，熟悉信息流广告产品的投放和运营； 4、具有优秀的跨文化交流能力与商务谈判技巧，具备提案能力和扎实的销售专业知识； 5、有较强的逻辑思维、学习能力和目标感，能够清晰拆解目标和落地动作，快速推进项目落地，达成目标； 6、为人正直，品性端正，符合公司的价值观体系。
