日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音生活服务依托抖音POI（Point of Interest）、短视频、直播、搜索等，以“激发线下生意，丰富美好生活”为使命，致力于成为最值得信赖的生活服务平台，为用户提供更丰富、独特的生活体验，为合作伙伴提供包容且公平的健康营商生态。截至2025年底，抖音生活服务业务已覆盖400+城市，超过1500万家动销门店。抖音生活服务将继续携手生态伙伴，为用户提供值得心动的商品和服务。

1、文化项目支持：积极配合推进企业文化相关项目，协同多方资源推进事项按期落地，做好过程跟进与材料沉淀； 2、文化访谈：围绕业务阶段主题完成选题策划与采访准备，参与或独立完成采访、录音整理与纪要；撰写人物/团队故事稿、案例稿等，并基于反馈迭代； 3、文化传播：围绕价值观/关键战役参与策划宣传专题栏目，产出有亮点的内容（推文/海报/短稿/漫画/视频等），并进行内容传播、数据回收、定期优化； 4、文化氛围：协助线上线下活动策划与执行，支持关键节点的作战氛围打造，提升员工参与度与体验感； 5、学习运营：协助学习课程/分享会等项目落地，跟进学习反馈与效果评估，支持学习机制的基础运营与迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限；人力资源、中文、新闻传播、广告传媒等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好文字功底，熟悉采访准备、访谈执行、撰稿与内容编辑，有内容作品/校媒经历加分； 3、对企业文化建设有理解与兴趣，愿意做长期有价值的事；耐心、韧性强、能量感高； 4、具备一定逻辑与结构化能力，能快速理解业务需求、提炼核心信息并形成可传播表达； 5、每周出勤4天及以上者优先。

加分项： 1、能够熟练使用PS/PR/剪映等工具，支持基础视觉或视频剪辑； 2、对AI工具具备成熟应用经验（内容生成、图片/视频辅助、提效工作流等）； 3、有活动策划执行、社群运营、学习项目运营等经验。
