1、推动与上下游团队（产品、数据科学、Marsci等）的深度共建，共同定义和优化品牌广告度量指标体系，识别度量能力短板，推动度量产品路线图落地，提升品牌广告在各类度量体系中的表现与价值呈现； 2、系统化分析品牌广告度量结果（含Brand Lift/3P度量/TTMS等），提炼关键洞察，形成可落地的优化建议，反哺产品迭代与销售策略； 3、基于度量数据与洞察，构建品牌广告效果论证体系，产出标杆案例、最佳实践与方法论，支撑品牌广告的GTM叙事与客户说服力； 4、进行跨市场度量基准对标与洞察输出，识别区域差异，建设可规模化复用的度量运营playbook； 5、跨部门协作（产品、运营、数据科学、Marsci），确保度量能力有效嵌入品牌广告的售前、投中、投后全链路。

1、5年以上数字广告度量、媒介研究、数据分析或营销效果评估相关经验，来自度量机构、代理商洞察/数据团队、或品牌方度量/分析岗位； 2、了解数字广告生态及品牌广告核心指标，理解度量与媒介策略的关联； 3、扎实的量化分析基础，熟悉统计方法、实验设计（A/B测试、Lift Study）及度量框架（Brand Lift、MMM、MTA等）； 4、熟练使用数据分析工具及AI工具； 5、良好的沟通与叙事能力，能将复杂数据洞察转化为清晰的业务建议和客户说服材料； 6、中英双语流利，均可作为工作语言。

加分项 1、数据科学、统计学、经济学或营销科学相关学科背景； 2、有第三方度量合作伙伴对接经验； 3、熟悉全球不同地区的广告度量成熟度差异； 4、有广告产品或短视频平台度量经验。
