1、负责火山引擎增长平台的整体架构设计与功能研发，服务火山引擎腰尾部业务增长场景； 2、建设和迭代开发者社区、市场活动系统、线索培育与转化系统、人群画像、智能推荐系统等平台能力，沉淀增长策略，持续优化「流量-线索-注册-付费」的转化效率，支撑各业务团队高效达成增长目标； 3、持续推动技术的改进与性能优化，解决复杂工程技术问题，关注行业前沿技术，尤其是AI方向，跟进最新研究进展和应用趋势，提出创新思路并推动落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Golang/Java/Python/C++等），具备扎实的编码能力和良好的工程习惯； 3、具备丰富的AI Coding实践经验，能够熟练运用AI编程工具辅助需求拆解、代码生成、重构、测试与问题定位；理解AI Coding的能力边界，并能基于工程经验对AI生成结果进行判断、优化和验证，持续提升研发效率与代码质量； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis、MQ等常用组件并理解其基本原理，理解服务化、异步化、高可用、可扩展等常规架构设计思想，并有实际实践经验； 5、对业务敏感，具备优秀的抽象与设计能力，能够将业务问题沉淀为通用平台能力，具备良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力。
