1、负责巨量本地推（生活服务闭环广告业务）的广告策略优化；重点参与广告智能优惠券（QCPX）的投放效果优化、投放产品设计，为本地广告收入增长负责； 2、熟悉竞价广告流量策略和投放机制（如竞价排序、出价调控、全域流量协同、转化归因等），通过数据分析挖掘当前策略问题、寻找优化空间，持续提升投放ROI和广告跑量； 3、熟悉营销优惠券、秒杀等货补玩法，寻找货补与广告的结合机会点，做出1+1>2的策略收益； 4、深入本地生活各行业（餐/综/酒），洞察高潜力增收机会点，定制分行业、分场景的营销解决方案；推动相关协作团队快速尝试，提升商家营销效果和平台收入； 5、有机会设计行业领先的广告营销融合的新玩法，探索新的商业模式和增长机会，引领行业变革。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上广告投放策略或流量策略经验；本地生活相关行业经验优先； 2、对生活服务或电商行业有一定了解，熟悉优惠券等货补营销策略； 3、具备优秀的跨团队沟通合作能力，可协调多方资源达成目标共识； 4、具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，有独立分析和解决问题的能力；喜欢挑战和追求细致，有良好的自我管理能力。
