1、租赁业务模式搭建、落地与优化：负责数据中心IDC设备租赁整体业务体系搭建与落地执行，包含创新业务模式设计与构建、全球租赁服务资源挖掘、拓展与供应商导入、项目成本模型搭建与精准测算、商务报价体系制定与报价确认，统筹业务全链路落地，保障租赁业务常态化、规模化开展；结合IDC行业趋势、数字化运营数据及市场需求，持续优化租赁商业模式、成本体系与运营流程，动态调整资源布局与合作策略，迭代业务打法，提升整体业务盈利能力、运营效率与市场竞争力，推动业务长效高质量发展； 2、内部运营流程与风控搭建：联动公司财务、法务、运营等内部职能团队，牵头制定标准化的IDC设备租赁商务运营流程体系；负责服务商“授信额度”的整体规划、动态分配与管控；拉通落地租赁业务财法税合规管控、资金运作、进出口合规、风险防控等工作，搭建规范化、可复用的业务运营及风控体系； 3、合同商务谈判与生态合作：主导IDC租赁业务全流程合同谈判、条款优化与版本迭代，对内拉通供应链、采购、交付等内部资源，实现租赁合同与设备直采协议的流程协同、条款匹配与履约统一；对外搭建并完善租赁服务商、设备原厂的常态化合作机制，维护上下游合作生态，保障业务高效流转； 4、业务数字化系统能力搭建：联动上下游合作方及内部平台开发团队，推进租赁业务系统化、数字化能力搭建与迭代升级；重点落地授信额度数字化管理、资源份额分配自动化、租赁资产全生命周期数据可视化等功能建设，通过系统赋能提升业务运营效率、数据透明度与风险管控能力； 5、跨境租赁业务落地谈判：负责国际本地租赁、跨境租赁业务拓展与落地，以英语为工作语言，完成国际合作方全英文商务沟通、业务对接、合同研读与商务谈判，落地跨境租赁项目，积累国际合规合作经验。

1、行业背景：熟悉IDC设备（服务器）供应链运作模式，具备扎实的IDC行业采购、销售、供应链统筹5年以上供应链管理工作经验，有设备租赁行业从业经验者优先； 2、专业能力：精通企业财务核算、税务合规、进出口贸易、资金运作相关知识，具备丰富的财税管控、跨境贸易实操经验，能够独立处理复杂业务的资金、财税、进出口问题； 3、综合业务搭建能力：具备优秀的商业思维、成本测算与模式创新能力，可独立完成IDC租赁业务模式构建、成本模型搭建、报价体系落地，熟练统筹业务流程搭建、数字化系统赋能、资源整合迭代等全维度工作，具备从零搭建、落地规模化租赁业务体系的能力； 4、资源管理能力：具备完善的供应商筛选、导入、管理体系搭建能力，能够独立完成租赁服务采购体系搭建、资源整合与供应链优化工作，熟悉金融租赁、经营性租赁业务规则和IDC设备租赁全流程，具备合同谈判迭代、相关部门及上下游合作机制搭建、业务数字化体系搭建实操经验者优先； 5、战略思维：具备长远的业务发展视角，善于洞察行业趋势、预判市场风险，能够结合业务发展需求完成资源优化配置与业务模式迭代升级； 6、沟通能力：具备优秀的商务谈判、公关对接能力，可独立对接外部供应商、相关部门及各类合作方，具备良好的商务礼仪与问题统筹解决能力，可将英语作为日常工作语言，熟练完成全英文商务沟通、资料对接、合同研读与谈判，具备国际租赁合同谈判、跨境项目对接实战经验者优先。
