日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、负责运营抖音、视频号官方矩阵号，持续生产优质内容； 2、核心参与相关商业故事视频的选题和前期脚本工作，能够抓住商业本质，挖掘优质选题，有逻辑得讲好故事； 3、负责视频的全流程跟进与执行，担当部分现场执行导演，运用导演思维跟进拍摄； 4、负责沟通各类供应商，不限于广告公司、动画制作公司、各行业KOL、媒介公司等，沟通需求与工作细节，把控供应商执行节奏，确保项目顺利交付； 5、偶尔负责短视频的剪辑、加工及包装，偶尔负责部分海报制作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，新媒体、编导、剪辑、广播电视等专业优先； 2、对抖音平台短视频有良好的审美，擅长商业访谈类、纪实类、人物类视频类型，剪辑过抖音平台作品优先； 3、执行力强，熟练使用软件包括但不限于Final Cut Pro、Photoshop者优先，Premiere Pro、After Effects、C4D为加分项，简历需直接提交过往视频作品，含长视频5min作品≥1个，短视频1min作品≥1个； 4、有责任感，思维活跃，富有创造力，有很强的沟通协调能力，工作认真细致，追求极致； 5、能够至少实习6个月以上，每周全勤，接受出差。
