1、业务数据跟踪与数据平台优化，监测业务核心指标趋势，对波动进行归因，协助维护与优化业务数据平台，提升准确性与易用性； 2、客户投放问题分析，对客户投放案例进行基础的数据与行为分析，发现客户问题与需求，为产品决策提供支持； 3、开展市场研究，为产品定位与优化迭代提供参考； 4、增长策略支持，协助规划、执行并优化发券策略，推动客户增长与留存； 5、业务流程支持，协助相关工单审批；

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备出色的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力； 3、英语听说读写流利，能适应跨时区协作交流； 4、自我驱动，注重细节； 5、有互联网产品实习经历或AI产品实习经历优先。
