1、负责重点电商场景（底线合规）的规则及治理策略的设计和落地，对最终的治理效果负责； 2、通过数据、场景及各渠道信息定位及分析违规问题并针对性制定策略； 3、与产品研发、风控、算法等相关部门配合，通过策略不断完善，提升违规的识别及召回能力，并为策略准确性负责； 4、持续丰富风险管控方法，设计针对不同风险等级的管控体系，实现底线安全的有效管控； 5、通过日常治理工作，沉淀治理通用系统及数据能力，不断完善商品治理体系的建设及优化。

1、熟悉和了解互联网平台型业务的内容合规风险、规则管理等业务，熟悉治理体系建设、运营全貌，具有商业敏感度和风险意识； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，数据敏感度高，有独立数据分析能力，能熟练使用SQL更佳； 3、有责任心，态度严谨，原则性强，优秀的跨团队的沟通协调能力、项目管理能力； 4、有主动发现问题能力和钻研精神。
