1、负责榜单产品的流量探索与分发策略设计，构建从流量入口、榜单曝光到用户转化的完整流量链路，持续提升榜单的流量利用效率与业务价值； 2、深入理解本地生活行业（到餐、酒旅、综合等）用户消费决策场景，主导榜单产品的功能规划、信息架构与体验设计，推动产品从0到1落地及持续优化； 3、基于行业供给与用户行为数据，制定榜单流量分配规则与排序策略，设计A/B实验方案，完成效果验证与数据复盘，驱动流量效率与用户体验的双重提升； 4、联动算法、研发、设计、运营等多团队，协调资源、对齐目标，确保产品需求高质量交付，并推动榜单在各业务场景的落地应用； 5、持续关注本地生活榜单领域的行业动态与产品趋势，挖掘用户潜在需求，探索榜单流量的创新玩法与增长机会。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、有本地生活、榜单、流量分发相关经验优先； 3、具备扎实的产品基本功，能独立完成需求分析、方案设计、原型输出与文档撰写，对用户消费决策体验有敏锐洞察； 4、熟悉数据分析方法与A/B实验流程，能通过数据发现问题、验证假设、驱动产品迭代； 5、具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力与项目推动力，能在复杂多方协作中对齐目标、整合资源、拿到结果； 6、对本地生活行业有一定认知，逻辑清晰，学习能力强，能适应快速变化的业务环境。
