ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责的模型效果、需求分析和产品设计； 2、从用户视角定义产品体验，从评测视角衡量的模型效果，发现问题、定位差距，牵引模型与产品体验持续优化； 3、与算法等团队紧密协作，参与自动化评测体系建设，用AI/Agent等方式提升评测的效率、规模与可信度； 4、结合模型评测、用户调研、线上数据反馈等，不断完善认知并制定相应的迭代策略； 5、对行业动态、前沿研究和新产品持续保持关注、一手体验和思考。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、对AI有足够的热情，具备优秀的学习能力与自我驱动意识，具备良好的逻辑思维和团队协作精神； 3、主动利用先进的AI工具提升工作效率，尤其熟练使用Claude Code等AI coding工具，能快速把想法落地为可用的工具或链路； 4、有AI相关创业、模型评测等相关经历优先； 5、每周出勤至少4天，实习3个月及以上。
