1、构建贴合消费者的海外数字钱包和支付产品，以支持海内外生态业务和海内外用户；参与国际支付金融产品团队工作，包括需求分析、技术方案产出、研发和稳定性建设等； 2、面向未来进行复杂支付、金融业务相关系统的架构设计，掌握大型分布式系统的设计能力，确保系统的设计质量并考虑整体技术成本(开发、运行、维护、可靠性)； 3、思考现有业务和系统的不足及瓶颈点，提出优化方案以优化客户体验及提升系统性能和稳定性； 4、参与技术项目的方案设计和评审，对项目进行质量评估及把控，思考系统迭代过程中的各类问题，促进团队工作效率和研发质量的提升。

1、3年及以上高可用、分布式大型系统设计和研发经验，扎实的编程基础，良好的编程习惯，对于Java/Python/Golang/C++/PHP至少精通其中一种； 2、深入理解分布式、缓存、消息、搜索、推荐等机制，能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决实际问题；出色的线上定位及解决问题经验； 3、掌握系统设计和分析的核心技能，深入并能把握关键细节，有较强的项目管理能力，能够主动进行跨团队的沟通、协调和方案执行，以结果为导向； 4、对于建设高可用、资金安全的分布式系统有实践经验，对于线上业务安全有专业的态度和敬畏之心； 5、有支付、金融产品、BNPL、花呗、借呗、电子钱包、国内或国际线上支付工作经验者优先； 6、有国际化团队工作经验者优先。
