日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际商业化产品与技术团队支持字节跳动国际短视频业务的广告产品与变现技术，我们负责end2end的大型广告系统建设，为客户提供商业推广方式与方案，覆盖字节跳动所有国际化用户产品，目前已在美国、加拿大、新加坡、欧洲、中东等国家和区域开展业务。我们的愿景是建立服务全球广告主的综合数字化营销服务平台，打造一体化广告平台，建联广告主、创作者及用户。在这里你将有机会开阔自己的国际化视野，接触到全球领先的商业产品架构、模型和算法，并有机会参与并推动互联网广告行业的创新和变革。

1、负责CRM商机及收入预测模块的产品规划、设计与持续迭代，确保产品在不同国家和市场下具备良好的通用性、扩展性及整体用户体验，支持广告销售等内部业务团队，提升整体运营与销售效率； 2、推动CRM商机及收入预测模块的落地与使用，围绕业务目标定义清晰的ROI指标及目标考核体系，持续提升产品使用率与业务价值； 3、针对具体业务项目，深入分析广告销售的日常工作流程与关键使用场景，识别各环节中的核心痛点，并协同内外部团队，提供系统化的产品解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数据分析、计算机或相关专业优先； 2、具备产品或数据科学相关实习或工作经验，有B端、CRM、内部系统产品经验者优先； 3、适应能力强，具备良好的独立思考能力、自我驱动力及跨团队协作意识，能够在复杂环境中推动项目落地； 4、具备敏锐的数据与用户洞察能力，逻辑清晰，善于通过数据分析发现问题并驱动产品决策。
