1、负责西瓜视频产品端内功能设计，提升用户的视频消费体验，带动时长和留存； 2、负责产品功能的完整流程，独立完成需求分析，方案设计以及协调资源跟进项目落地； 3、负责产品上线后的效果分析，对产品进行迭代优化； 4、具备成熟的规划能力，针对业务目标，拆解关键路径，制定长短期规划。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、用户产品经验，视频APP相关实习经验优先，对数据敏感，能透过数据分析业务现状，持续优化产品体验； 3、具有良好的团队沟通与项目推动能力，思维活跃有创新精神，具有较强的责任心和执行力； 4、具备独立深入思考和推进工作的意识和能力，能快速学习和成长。
