团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、安全策略搭建：负责豆包、猫箱等AI产品线机审策略链路搭建与工作流设计部署，根据风险等级与体裁特征设计策略方案； 2、审核Agent调优：通过PE、Workflow、多Agent等方式，推动机审环节大模型测试与结果交付、部署上线，实现大模型应用落地； 3、队列与分流策略：基于用户类型、内容体裁、审核模式、交付方等维度设计人审分流策略； 4、策略复盘与调优：基于大盘误判、漏放、误伤、延时、Agent准召等数据进行策略复盘，推动策略/PE/标准迭代； 5、跨团队协同：协同安全标准专家统一执行口径，协同人审交付运营保障SLA，协同产品研发上线策略，协同质检侧定位执行偏差。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数据科学或相关专业； 2、具备机器学习基础知识，了解NLP或CV方向模型训练流程，理解准确率、召回率等模型评估指标； 3、熟练掌握SQL，具备一定数据分析实战经验，能独立完成数据提取、统计与分析； 4、有项目管理意识，具备较强的多方协作能力，能清晰拆解需求并推进跨团队任务落地； 5、善于思考，逻辑清晰，有较强的问题抽象与结构化表达能力。
