1、客户需求洞察：深入理解目标行业客户的业务痛点和需求，探索其中能形成标准化解决方案，并带来规模化商业收入的机会点； 2、解决方案设计与开发：基于飞书协同/AI等核心能力，及三方ISV的能力，针对重点行业场景，设计、包装标准化解决方案，并协同产品研发团队完成开发上线； 3、商业化策略制定：制定解决方案的定价策略，建立基于价值的定价模型，设计订阅制、按使用量计费或混合定价等多元化收费模式，确保解决方案的商业化成功； 4、市场推广支持：协助销售团队进行解决方案的推广和销售，提供技术支持和方案演示，参与重要客户的商务谈判和方案定制。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息或相关技术专业优先； 2、具备商业产品/产品解决方案等相关工作经验； 3、对AIGC有热情，熟悉主流AI产品和应用场景，有AI开发经验者优先； 4、对零售、教育培训、电商等行业有深度了解者优先； 5、学习能力出色，具备跨团队沟通协作和复杂项目管理能力。
