1、负责耐消、珠宝玉石、食品百货等方向抖音电商作者业务运营，对GMV、GPM、开播场次等业务核心指标负责； 2、探索内容作者的电商成长路径，借助行业、热点、营销、产品团队资源，推动达人电商开播，做好招商效率和转化能力提升，共同建设电商内容优质生态和达人转化效率； 3、做好长期复盘和运营策略迭代，做到对存量电商作者有指引，针对平台焦点超级头部做到零舆情，对新作者招募引入有判断，做电商作者生态的业务增长。

1、拥有互联网电商、内容运营背景，有达人运营经验，对商品运营经验者优先； 2、具备良好的商务沟通、商务谈判能力，能够推动达人运营方法迭代； 3、具备良好的数据能力，通过策略、产品的增长机会萃取运营动作，并落地拿结果； 4、拥有不错的格局视野，对业务本身有追求，对内协同精神要强。
