1、该岗位为以用户增长为导向、兼顾外汇解决方案的复合型角色，重点聚焦中小客户的规模化增长，通过营销策略规模化获取并转化中小商家、创作者/达人及C端用户，将外汇服务转化为可规模化触达的增长举措，达成交易量、渗透率与收入的增长目标； 2、中小客户规模化增长与产品渗透 1）面向中小商家、创作者/达人及C端用户，推广外汇产品与服务，以线上线下结合的方式规模化获客与转化，提升产品的渗透率与交易量； 2）依托数据分析工具深度剖析产品运营与用户行为数据，识别客户需求与市场机会，输出优化建议并推动落地；整合多元化运营资源与渠道，系统性提升外汇产品渗透率； 3、营销增长策划与执行 1）为新上线外汇产品设计并执行端到端GTM，覆盖目标客群定义、价值主张提炼、渠道与投放策略、上线节奏及冷启动与规模化放量，快速验证并规模化推广； 2）围绕业务增长目标，结合不同客群的需求与行为特征制定营销活动，覆盖获客、转化、复用等全业务环节；主导线上营销与线下field市场营销，并充分运用KOL/达人合作、标杆客户案例、渠道伙伴联合营销放大触达； 3）联动各类权益进行用户分层与生命周期经营，跟踪活动核心数据，开展复盘、A/B实验与归因分析，持续迭代活动机制、内容与推广策略，提升客户复用率与LTV； 4、外汇解决方案与客户需求管理 1）开展客户外汇需求调研与梳理，精准识别差异化客户痛点，将产品能力提炼为客户可感知的价值主张与解决方案； 2）协同产品、研发团队推进解决方案的落地与功能迭代，确保方案贴合市场需求与业务实操逻辑；方案落地后牵头开展培训与赋能，保障方案高效应用于业务场景。

1、行业经验：3年以上金融科技、全球支付、跨境电商领域工作经验，具备支付/外汇/金融产品的增长或解决方案背景者优先；市场营销、财经、金融、经济或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、增长与营销经验：具备扎实的线上营销与增长实操经验，熟悉获客、转化漏斗、增长运营、投放、内容或KOL/渠道伙伴营销中的若干项，具备清晰可量化的增长成果；有SME/中小商家增长经验者优先；结果导向、自我驱动； 3、解决方案与客户能力：能够独立完成客户需求调研，将外汇产品能力转化为解决方案与价值主张并推进落地；有跨区域、跨团队协作项目经验者优先；能够以中英双语作为工作语言； 4、GTM能力：有主导或深度参与产品GTM的经验，能够独立完成从目标客群、价值主张、渠道到放量的完整流程； 5、业务理解：理解跨境支付与外汇产品的基本逻辑，熟悉全球外汇市场规则与业务流程；有钱包或跨境客户经验者更佳； 6、数据能力：具备数据驱动的增长思维，能够进行实验设计与归因分析。
