1、负责抖音账号全生命周期的风险治理，制定各风险场景的全局治理方案，对注册、登录、授权、换绑、注销等场景进行风险定义、识别策略部署、处置动作落地等； 2、通过反馈、情报、主动风险感知等方法发掘账号风险问题，设计合理的监控体系及质检体系，基于风险变化（策略衰减、漏放等）迭代策略方案； 3、能搭建结构清晰、分层合理、可拓展的策略体系，可基于业务发展阶段灵活动态调整策略管控档位； 4、建设风险知识库，基于大模型搭建各风险场景的Agent，优化Prompt持续提升风险识别推理效果； 5、跨团队协作，联动算法、产品研发、蓝军、体验服务等团队，推动账号治理方案的落地实施。

1、本科及以上学历，内容安全策略、风控策略、内容运营相关领域工作经验优先； 2、有人工智能相关领域（图像识别、人脸识别、语音识别、自然语言识别）从业经验者优先； 3、拥有良好的沟通能力，能够跨团队沟通，主动推动项目进展，取得预期结果； 4、数据导向，能够从数据中找到产品问题与解决思路，能够从数据中发现客户问题与需求； 5、富有创业精神和团队精神，能够自我驱动，充满激情，并从工作中获得成就感。
