1、拓展MaaS新客户：重点拓展具有大规模MaaS Token消耗需求的企业客户，主动完成目标客户识别、触达、需求挖掘与商机转化，持续建立高质量销售管道； 2、推动MaaS与云产品落地：围绕大模型API、推理服务及云基础设施，理解客户业务与技术需求，推进方案沟通、POC、商务谈判、签约及收入落地； 3、运用AI工具拓客：使用生成式AI、销售智能、数据检索及自动化工具开展市场研究、Account Mapping、联系人挖掘和个性化触达，提升获客效率； 4、经营关键客户关系：对接客户业务、技术、采购及管理层，识别决策链与关键影响者，推动复杂项目持续向前； 5、协同项目交付：联动解决方案、产品、法务及交付团队，处理产品适配、合规、商务与交付问题，并对销售结果负责。

1、拓新能力突出：有主动开发新客户、从0到1打开市场的实践，能够清晰说明线索获取、客户触达和商机转化方法； 2、理解AI与云产品：对大模型、MaaS、API服务或公有云业务有基本认知，能够快速理解产品并转化为客户价值； 3、善用AI工具：能够使用AI及数字化工具提升市场研究、线索挖掘、内容生成和销售跟进效率； 4、英语流利：能够独立完成英文客户沟通、方案演示、商务谈判及书面往来，具备跨文化沟通能力； 5、结果导向：自驱力、执行力和韧性强，能够协调跨团队资源推进复杂项目并达成销售目标。

加分项 1、有AI、大模型、MaaS、公有云或开发者服务相关销售经验；有AI工具、AI Coding、Agent等客户拓展经验者优先； 2、有中资企业出海、国际化市场销售或国际化新客户拓展成功案例者优先； 3、熟悉各类营销自动化等获客与销售工具。
