1、深入理解业务，分析业务驱动因素，发现业务问题，寻找挖掘业务机会点，搭建完善业务分析体系，输出决策建议并推动落地； 2、围绕特定分析课题，完成信息搜集整理与数据分析、参与相关分析，协助完成洞察提炼和材料制作等工作； 3、行业研究：研究互联网广告行业需求，基于实际体验/分析/内外部调研，撰写行业/调研报告；关注AI行业技术与应用动态，输出行业洞察； 4、协同业务重点项目跟进，建设数据过程监控工具，推动项目正常开展。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有较强的商业敏感性、钻研精神、逻辑思维能力、数据敏感性以及快速学习能力； 3、对AI领域充满热情，有学习兴趣，且已经产生一定认知，相关研究或经历背景优先（理工/人工智能）； 4、数字分析能力强，有SQL能力加分； 5、具备跨团队合作能力和较强的沟通协调能力。
