1、申诉标准制定与优化：负责搭建并完善中国电商全业务线申诉相关标准体系，结合业务场景、合规要求及用户反馈，制定清晰、可落地的申诉规则、内容治理标准及判定维度；定期复盘申诉案例，分析标准漏洞与执行偏差，持续优化标准内容，确保申诉处理的公平性、一致性和高效性； 2、客服侧SOP管理：负责制定客服团队申诉相关SOP（标准作业流程），明确客服在申诉处理、信息采集、流程引导、结果反馈等各环节的操作规范、话术规范及时效要求，确保所有客服人员熟练掌握申诉标准及操作流程，规范服务行为； 3、数据复盘与优化迭代：统计申诉相关核心数据（如申诉量、内容质量把控通过率、客服执行合规率、用户反馈满意度等），定期输出复盘报告，挖掘标准及SOP存在的问题，提出针对性优化方案并推动落地； 4、跨部门协同：独立对接相关部门，同步申诉标准及SOP调整需求，推动相关系统适配、流程优化；配合其他部门完成申诉相关的合规检查、业务升级等工作。

1、本科及以上学历，1-3年体验/服务/策略/标准/规则工作经验，有生活服务/电商相关运营经验者优先； 2、有相对成熟的复杂问题拆解能力，逻辑思维清晰，对电商业务模式有较为深刻的理解，能够洞悉本质问题，系统性解决问题； 3、具备强烈的好奇心和自我驱动力，喜欢接受挑战，主动学习，追求；具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能应对复杂项目的跨团队沟通，高效推动项目落地，保持开放心态。
