1、以用户留存提升为目标，通过「供给×玩法」的方式，设计端内互动玩法、权益体系与商品供给组合，提升独立端用户粘性、交易频次及DAU规模； 2、结合独立端的供给结构与用户结构，设计差异化供给策略（商品池、价格带、补贴策略）与玩法承接链路，提升关键人群（老客、潜在高价值用户）的长期留存与复购； 3、与商业化协同，在保证用户体验前提下，通过玩法与供给组合提升变现效率，探索多样化玩法收入模型，对收入与用户价值进行平衡； 4、协同用户研究、研发、设计、数据等团队落地产品方案，基于数据评估玩法效果与收益，持续迭代用户参与漏斗与留存指标，对独立端LT30、DAU等指标负责； 5、持续关注行业在互动玩法、供给策略、用户增长方面的主流实践，沉淀适合独立端场景的增长方法论与产品策略，形成可复用的增长体系。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上用户增长产品经理工作经验； 2、熟悉用户参与链路、激励机制、道具体系及基础数值设计，能够设计完整玩法闭环并落地执行； 3、熟悉用户增长方法论，了解用户全生命周期管理，擅长基于用户分层进行策略制定、玩法承接与转化； 4、对电商供给侧有一定理解，能够结合业务场景和供给策略设计玩法方案，对「供给×玩法」如何驱动留存与交易频次有清晰认知； 5、具备较强的数据敏感度与分析能力，能独立完成策略制定、方案落地与效果评估，对DAU、LT30等指标有负责意识； 6、具备优秀的跨团队协同能力与自驱力，能够在复杂环境下推动运营、研发、设计、商业化等多方协同，保障项目高质量落地，且愿意深入业务场景与一线用户，持续打磨长期留存与增长模型。
