1、负责业务客服人力资源的准入准出机制搭建管理，团队HC规划及预算管理、立项评估、执行跟踪等，对预测准确率负责，保证资源合理分配与使用； 2、研究并设计资源管理相关的投入产出比模型，把控业务整体的资源结构（自营、BPO、云客服等）及健康度，并及时输出成本分析与降本策略、执行闭环； 3、深入参与到业务的各项资源管理决策；制定各类资源的管理规则、使用规范/流程等，对多业务大盘的人效指标负责； 4、联动商务通过对外部供应商的分层管理，在确保服务承接稳定的基础上，通过结算模式调优、技能组治理等持续优化服务成本； 5、参与WFM产品能力建设，产出BRD，统筹对接产品研发持续实现产品赋能。

1、本科及以上学历，有WFM劳动力管理和生产力管理的资源策略运营工作经验（有生活服务业务背景优先），对各类团队及其特征有充分的了解，有资源规划、策略及运营经验； 2、逻辑清晰、数据驱动，具备较强的问题挖掘、数据分析和共性问题抽象能力，有较好的沟通协调、跨团队合作能力，自驱力、主动性较强； 3、有产品思维，能够通过提效工具等手段助力提升资源供给效率；有全局意识，能够“端到端”全链路思考、敢于采取突破现状的措施。
