日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与飞书项目产品的服务端研发工作，推动业务的快速发展和高效迭代； 2、参与系统架构设计、优化，提升系统性能和开发效率，保证设计和编码的质量； 3、协助团队攻克各种高并发、系统解耦等方面的技术难关； 4、参与各专项技术调研，新技术引入等前瞻项目。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备后端开发经验，扎实的代码功底与基础系统设计能力，熟练掌握至少一种服务端开发语言（Golang优先，Java/Python亦可），能保证3个月及以上稳定实习周期； 3、熟悉常用后端框架、协议及存储、缓存等技术组件； 4、具备良好的工程素养，重视代码质量、测试与日志规范，有较强的问题排查能力，能配合团队完成技术攻坚； 5、创新意识强，乐于探索新的AI技术与应用场景，主动关注AI领域最新动态，具备较强的学习能力、主观能动性及跨团队协作意识。
