团队介绍：安全工程团队负责设计、搭建并维护字节跳动的全球安全基础设施、平台及服务。我们的核心职责是研发具备可扩展性的系统与工具，为公司全域产品的安全运营提供支撑。通过交付可靠、高性能的安全解决方案，保障字节跳动全球平台的安全，并提升业务韧性。

1、和产品经理、前后端及其他相关需求方密切配合，参与需求讨论、设计与研发威胁检测与响应相关产品，支撑安全运营、入侵检测与响应工作； 2、参与上述系统的系统架构迭代演进、运维等； 3、参与工程建设与持续优化，包括但不限于架构优化、性能优化、质量建设、工程效率优化等； 4、深入业务，理解并合理抽象业务需求，转化成产品能力，提升产品价值，与业务团队紧密合作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/信息安全或相关专业优先； 2、熟悉一种或几种以下语言：Go/Java/Python等，有扎实的编程能力和良好的编码风格； 3、有良好沟通能力和团队协作能力，工作积极主动，责任心强； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，能够将复杂或模糊的问题分解，并及时形成清晰、务实的解决方案。

加分项： 1、有安全运营或威胁检测响应相关平台和系统经验； 2、有AI Agent应用开发或使用AI建设威胁检测与响应平台系统经验者优先，包括但不限于LLM集成、Prompt工程、安全检测/响应Agent开发、Agent编排框架平台研发等； 3、有较强的产品意识、逻辑思维能力和学习能力，善于沟通、乐于协作。
