1、对接税务各团队进行需求分析和可行性分析，主导税务需求调研（通过访谈、问卷、数据分析等方式），深入了解各区域税务团队的业务现状与痛点，根据税务需求和痛点制定税务系统化改进方案、系统功能逻辑、业务流程改进要求，输出调研报告并推动需求落地； 2、推进账税一体化项目，设计并落地"业务单据→会计凭证→税务申报"的全链路数据流转方案，通过对涉税数据链路的梳理及分析，识别潜在的税务风险以及现有业务流程的改进空间； 3、与产品研发团队紧密沟通，协调公司内部各利益相关方推进税务系统化落地工作，协调各团队进行系统测试以验证系统的有效性及准确性，在系统上线前后对相关人员进行培训并收集反馈，对系统进行持续优化更新。

1、本科及以上学历，税务、财务、会计或相关专业；5年以上税务系统相关工作经验，有国际税实操背景和账税一体化项目经验优先； 2、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够在税务、财务与技术团队之间高效协同并推动事项落地； 3、优秀的分析、沟通、思考能力，逻辑思维强，具备良好的团队合作和项目管理能力； 4、良好的英语读写和沟通能力，能够直接与国际团队进行日常工作对接； 5、对工作认真负责、强大的适应和学习能力。
