1、负责直播经营情况分析和政策设计，独立推进策略需求定义、迭代与效果评估，提升主播供给增长；结合大模型能力探索直播内容理解、规模增长、用户关系构建等新场景； 2、建立主播成长方法论大框架，拆解业务核心指标，搭建策略评估体系，完成数据建设与评估构建，协同运营、算法、工程等团队推动策略高效落地，并通过A/B测试验证效果； 3、独立开展专题研究，通过数据分析和用户调研获取业务认知，同时与数据、算法团队共同解决增长的核心命题。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上策略产品、搜索、推荐、内容分发或AI应用相关工作经验，有策略产品、搜索、推荐、内容分发或AI应用相关经验者优先； 2、对大模型基础原理有基本认知，了解Prompt Engineering、RAG、模型评估等核心概念，有AI应用实践经验者优先（如：Workflow搭建、利用大模型优化内容理解及策略等）； 3、具备良好的沟通技能，对泛文娱领域怀有兴趣，并有独立思考能力。

加分项： 1、有从0到1搭建AI应用、策略体系或增长模块的经验； 2、深度使用过大模型产品，并对AI Agent、AI Workflow、模型能力边界等方向有深入思考； 3、有直播、短视频、社区等内容生态相关工作经验者优先。
