1、负责豆包等产品的质量保障工作，业务质量保障/稳定性建设/自动化建设/客户端性能建设等均有需求； 2、挖掘质量和效率相关问题，分析并提出明确的改进意见，推动改进落地； 3、独立完成负责方向的规划，有较强的目标感跟进过程拿到结果； 4、有较强的效率/质量意识，寻找最合适方案解决问题。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机/软件工程/人工智能相关专业优先； 2、对AIGC技术有一定的理解和实践经验的优先，如AI Agent、机器学习、自然语言处理等； 3、扎实的编程基础，熟练使用Python/Go/Java其中一种语言，可进行相关开发； 4、具备创新意识、快速学习和协同落地能力、积极主动、自我驱动力强； 5、有AI相关应用测试开发和评测经验者优先。
