1、全渠道反馈治理：能够独立负责APP store/各安卓应用商店/邮箱/站内等各渠道潜在影响体验的用户反馈信息，制定解决方案，定期复盘，跟随版本节奏加强业务问题防范和优化； 2、用户VoC洞察与迭代：结构化拆解双产品用户反馈与工单数据，聚类核心体验痛点，输出可落地的产品优化、流程优化方案，推动问题解决，持续提升用户NPS与整体体验； 3、流程SOP与风险机制搭建：针对高危投诉、集中性问题，复盘业务流程与服务漏洞，迭代专项处理SOP，搭建音频产品专属的风险甄别、前置干预机制，优化百万DAU的反馈量、问题发现率、问题解决率； 4、智能服务&指标优化：负责客服机器人体验运维，优化用户反馈通路，持续改善结案率、重复进线率、响应效率等核心体验指标； 5、案例沉淀与团队赋能：沉淀高频客户投诉、异常场景预案与知识库，输出标准化处理规范，支撑团队服务培训与业务决策。

1、硕士学位及以上，热爱音乐、听书、小说、短漫剧、短视频行业，听歌听书高活用户优先，掌握一定AI工具应用提效经验，SQL/Python熟练加分； 2、对用户体验、用户研究、服务运营有认知，具备基础数据分析、问题聚类能力，有专项迭代、流程优化经验加分； 3、有较强的责任心、耐心、执行力，情绪稳定，及时响应日常事务； 4、有较强的质量管理方法论，善于问题聚类，踏实细心，具备良好的逻辑思维能力、理解能力、沟通能力，可以快速结合业务特点落地，能快速适应变化，有推动流程优化经验优先。
