1、具备数字广告、营销相关机构或度量供应商领域的工作经验，近期职责涵盖管理工作、组织发展、运营规范搭建及客户成功相关事务； 2、拥有搭建分析团队的良好过往记录，能提供体现运营纪律意识与战略敏锐度的具体案例； 3、持有相关领域学士学位；科学、数学、运筹学、商业、数字营销或研究类专业研究生学位优先考虑； 4、具备运用分析方法解决推理类问题的实践经验，具备出色的时间管理能力及目标导向的任务管理技能，必须能够高效开展工作、保持稳定的产出质量，并为决策提供专业指导；具备服务型领导风格的管理经验，精通品牌与效果归因度量相关工作，有广告公司或复杂营销数据驱动型机构工作经验者优先； 5、愿意在汇聚全球人才的快节奏环境中工作，熟悉区域行业协会及度量领域倡议机构者优先； 6、具备出海业务相关经验，或熟悉其他海外广告平台者优先。
