1、负责非中国区商业化安全与广告生态政策相关的项目运营及服务支持工作，与销售、信任与安全、商业化诚信、政策、产品、战略、PMO、法务等跨职能团队紧密合作，支持出海销售、广告主及代理在商业化安全和广告政策场景下的日常咨询与问题解决； 2、搭建并持续优化服务机制与协作流程，参与定义并落地广告生态政策相关服务内容，推动服务流程标准化与高效执行，沉淀最佳实践，持续提升组织协同效率； 3、管理并推动政策相关重点项目落地，能够在复杂跨团队环境下独立推进项目从启动到交付的全生命周期管理，规模化解决政策问题、销售痛点及广告主体验问题，确保项目按时高质量交付； 4、参与策略制定与方案落地，与政策、法务、产品及相关业务团队协同，支持制定前瞻性的广告诚信与风险治理策略，推动新策略、新产品及解决方案落地，在保障业务合规的同时兼顾广告主体验； 5、通过数据分析驱动服务与项目优化，负责相关专项的数据统计与定量/定性分析，识别业务挑战与流程瓶颈，针对异常情况深度分析并提出可执行解决方案；输出政策洞察并支持内外部沟通，清晰传达宏观政策原则、执行标准与操作建议，提升政策透明度，及时填补政策空白点并支持业务决策；持续关注行业趋势与风险变化，提升风险识别能力与政策响应速度，助力广告主在合规前提下实现更好经营表现。

1、本科及以上学历，具备运营、项目管理、客户服务或数据分析相关背景；1-3年及以上广告政策项目管理工作经验，有广告平台运营、广告主服务、信任与安全、广告政策/诚信治理经验者优先； 2、具备专业核心能力： 1）具备较强的项目管理能力，能在低指导环境下独立推动项目从0到1搭建落地，善于建立执行框架，推动复杂问题的跨团队协同解决； 2）具备良好的数据分析能力，能从数据中识别问题、提炼洞察、评估项目成效并定义度量指标； 3）具备出色的沟通与协作能力，能平衡政策合规、业务目标与广告主体验，推动组织内部达成共识； 3、具备综合职业特质： 1）坚持客户导向，具备较强同理心与服务意识，能从用户体验和平台治理双重视角思考问题； 2）结构化思维强，执行力出色，自驱力强，能适应快速变化和模糊环境； 4、熟悉广告生态、平台政策或信任与安全职能，具备广告主服务或广告主体验运营经验者优先； 5、普通话流利，英语可作为工作语言；具备APAC区域其他语言能力者优先。
