1、制定管理类产品运营关键衡量指标及运营目标，定期分析数据采取运营策略，统筹协调资源推动目标达成； 2、分析用户画像，与关键用户保持沟通，通过调研、回访及产品现状分析提炼有效反馈，输出体系化产品需求方案和改进建议，推动产品更新迭代，提升产品满意度和使用率； 3、深度理解产品功能及特点，提炼产品卖点，包装产品方案，实施产品培训，提升用户认知； 4、研究用户使用情况及效果，产出标杆案例及方法论，并负责案例及方法论的包装传播，提升使用率； 5、关注行业动态，保持市场敏锐度，了解同行业其他产品动向，输出市场及行业产品分析报告。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、踏实、认真、细心，有出色的执行力、沟通能力、快速学习能力，能理解和协调复杂项目； 3、具有强烈的学习意愿和工作热情，自驱性强有责任心，每周能够实习4天以上，实习周期4个月以上。
