日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责企业服务ToB产品功能迭代，参与产品规划、需求定义、开发、测试和上线的全流程，并对产品最终效果负责； 2、关注市场及数据情况，深入用户使用场景，挖掘用户需求痛点，推动产品持续创新及优化； 3、收集合作方需求，提出合理的产品方案并推动落地，同时配合运营、商务团队管理和规划合作方的产品路径； 4、协调内外部资源，推进产品项目全流程的高效运转，并保证产品上线质量，平衡商业需求，严格把控产品体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有丰富的产品经验，具有同理心、良好的结构化思维和抽象思维，可基于复杂的业务场景进行产品抽象和设计； 3、严密的逻辑思维和扎实的数据分析能力，能够敏锐地从数据中发现总结问题，思维活跃，具备创新意识，持续学习能力强； 4、优秀的沟通协调能力、强责任心和推动力，具备一定的项目管理经验。
