日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Lemon8 是字节跳动出品的一款面向海外用户的兴趣种草社区产品。产品以图集和视频为内容呈现形式，专注于美妆、时尚、美食、旅行、居家、健身、艺术、萌宠等内容领域，为用户提供有信息价值的优质内容。用户可以在这里发现新的想法，分享通往美好生活道路上的真实经历，共同打造精致、时尚的兴趣种草社区。

1、负责提升泰语地区搜索策略效果和产品使用体验，通过产品满意度评估、产品评测、策略评测、专项标注等方式，产出有价值的搜索策略优化建议，与产品经理和研发共同推进策略落地； 2、负责搜索推荐词的生产和运营，达成并提升推荐词生产效率和质量，协同搜索结果优化，优化用户搜索体验； 3、根据平台特性和热点、看后搜、猜搜等多场景用户需求及推荐词标准，维护平台与场景的内容安全与画风质量，结合用户反馈优化业务流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、日常关注国内外新闻、热点、娱乐等各个方面内容，对用户需求有敏锐的洞察力，了解并且经常使用各大搜索引擎，且在某些策略优化上有自己的见解和想法； 3、有较高的责任心和良好的自驱力，结果导向，执行力强，能适应较快的工作节奏；泰语听说读写能力优秀，可作为工作语言； 4、能够连续实习3个月及以上，每周出勤4天及以上者优先。
