日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助本地生活中小商家品牌/商家的招募、运营，促进商家在平台上的销售（含短视频、直播等），并协助处理解决商家所遇到的运营问题； 2、协助制定运营方案，提升流量、达人、商家的匹配，建立标杆案例/方法论，协助行业市场及产品研究，定期调研及评估客户需求，解答产品问题，推动业务不断完善； 3、协助商家整合营销项目（含短视频、直播等）的组织策划：需求收集、方案策划、资源整合、项目执行和沉淀优化； 4、对数据敏感，擅长分析与总结，通过数据分析及市场反馈不断推进业务迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商科相关专业优先； 2、耐心负责，具备良好的团队协作能力，沟通能力强；思维活跃，乐于创新； 3、熟练使用办公软件和基本的视频剪辑软件，具备优秀的审美； 4、英语具备良好的听说读写能力，有国际化留学背景的优先； 5、每周可实习5天，需保证至少4-6个月实习时间。
