1、3年以上互联网策略产品工作经验； 2、优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维，善于利用数据驱动需求或指导决策； 3、敏锐的用户理解洞察能力，较好的沟通能力、自驱力和主人翁意识； 4、良好的执行能力，结果导向；具备高度的责任心和较强的自我驱动力、抗压能力，善于合作，善于协调和调度资源推动业务发展。
