日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、活动落地与流程支持：协助推进“国家补贴/地方补贴”相关营销活动的日常落地，跟进活动报名、商品审核、类目匹配等环节，确保国补项目平稳运行； 2、商家与商品运营：监控国补地补参与商家及商品的经营健康度，解答商家关于国补政策、类目准入相关疑问，提供及时有效的业务指导； 3、数据追踪与策略复盘：定期提取并整理国补地补活动核心经营数据，生成活动复盘报告，为后续品类补贴策略调整提供数据参考。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有互联网运营/电商/咨询等经验为佳，有国家补贴相关经验或对国家补贴有深入理解优先考虑； 3、拥有较强的逻辑思维能力、自驱力和主动性，以及良好的团队沟通和合作能力，喜欢挑战性的工作，工作激情饱满； 4、每周可全职实习5天，且能连续实习6个月以上。
