日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：商业化安全作为商业化的一部分，为商业化的需求设计具体的业务模式，保证用户体验和商业化广告内容安全，成为驱动商业化加速发展的引擎。

1、政策实施与执行优化：协助评估并完善广告政策，确保其符合国际化短视频规范，同时平衡用户体验与收入增长目标； 2、数据分析：运用分析工具与技术监控广告质量表现，识别趋势、诊断问题并提出可落地的改进方案； 3、业务流程优化：挖掘广告相关流程中的效率提升点与工作流改进空间，协同内部团队推动最佳实践落地； 4、研究与分析：开展市场调研并分析内部数据，为广告产品及流程的决策优化提供支持； 5、平台维护：协助监测广告平台的质量、合规性与功能性问题，与工程师紧密合作保障平台稳定运行。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数据科学、统计、计算机、法学或社会科学相关专业背景优先； 2、有基本的英文听说能力和扎实的英文读写能力； 3、尽快入职，保证每四天以上，实习周期四个月或更长； 4、优秀的沟通能力与细节关注度；适应快节奏动态环境，具备多任务管理能力； 5、具有数据分析、广告、质量保障或项目管理相关经验优先； 6、熟练掌握数据分析工具（如SQL、Python），具备扎实分析能力优先；熟悉数字广告与平台生态者优先。
