日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助抖音社交策略运营团队开展产品和策略研究工作，包括但不限于行业分析、数据收集与分析； 2、能够快速扫描市场信息，并结构化提炼总结有用的数据和信息，为团队提供有价值的输入； 3、参与抖音社交功能的产品战略规划与落地，通过对社交行业趋势、用户需求洞察、产品动态的研究，结合抖音生态特性，输出具有前瞻性的产品策略，推动抖音社交产品的用户增长、体验优化与商业化价值提升。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、一周可出勤5天，实习6个月以上，有互联网战略或商业分析相关实习经验加分，善于思考，懂得如何拆解和解决问题，有结构化和框架思考能力； 3、善于搜集一手、二手信息，可以在错综复杂的信息中，提炼关键内容； 4、对各种互联网C端产品感兴趣，愿意体验不同类型的新产品； 5、文字表达能力强，沟通能力强。
