1、支持抖音品牌与活动模块的活动H5设计、动效设计、视频制作、抖音表情设定等相关设计工作，保障交付质量； 2、审美出众，了解视觉风格趋势，熟练掌握各种设计工具，探索适合业务的设计风格，保障抖音出品质量； 3、负责日常创意设计资料的收集与整理工作； 4、协助完成项目资源管理。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计、新媒体、动画、美术等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用PS、Figma、AE等主流平面、动效制作软件，并有成熟的AIGC应用能力，善于学习发现新的表现技法； 3、对特效领域有认知，熟悉各大平台的特效玩法者优先；有精致的剪辑/动态/手绘作品案例优先； 4、创新意识强，学习能力强，拥有良好的理解、沟通能力，有责任感和团队意识。
