日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、建设和维护支撑模型与Agent研发的数据湖，包括存储设计、查询性能优化和成本治理； 2、开发大规模批处理与流式数据流水线，将原始模型及Agent日志加工为可直接分析的数据集； 3、建设数据分析和指标平台，帮助算法与产品团队快速发现可行动的洞察； 4、负责数据质量与治理，并与算法团队协作，建设支撑系统持续优化的数据飞轮。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、数据科学或相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的数据结构、算法和分布式系统基础； 3、熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言，并具备良好的SQL能力； 4、具备大数据计算引擎或湖仓存储系统的实践经验； 5、通过重要项目、实习、科研或开源贡献展现出较强的能力。

加分项： 1、理解查询引擎和湖仓系统的内部原理，包括列式存储与查询优化； 2、具备流式数据管线或OLAP系统实践经验； 3、具备大语言模型或Agent日志及执行轨迹分析经验； 4、具备云原生基础设施和性能调优经验。
